Welcome to Felt Lighting on-line. If you wish to purchase from our on-line catalog, you accept these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before you use this website.
All products sold by Felt Lighting are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at 801-484-8571 for assistance in processing your claim. We will in no uncertain terms or conditions be liable for installation fees of any kind.
If within (14) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do Not Ship the product back without contacting us first for an RGA # and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.
Orders take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Please contact us at 801-484-8571 if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive.
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us within 14 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
or calling 801-484-8571 and delivery the carrier (ups, fedex, ect.,) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. For a RGA please email email@example.com
products may be returned within 30 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer's packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all orders. The original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 30 days or without an RGA # will not be accepted.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

- To send periodic emails (The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.)
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
